Damaged/Faulty Goods

Every replica is made to order with the greatest care, each order is carefully packaged before being collected by courier.

If you are unsatisfied with what you received, please make contact with us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to rectify the issue quickly.

If your item(s) arrive damaged or are found to be faulty during normal use, send an email to sales@triassica.com with pictures of the damage or a description of the fault.  We will  advise on what to do next, in the majority of instances a small amount of superglue resolves issues.

You may return any damaged/faulty item to us in exchange for a full refund or replacement, within 30 calendar days from when you received your item.  Please contact us to discuss how to return the item to us**.  We will send your refund/replacement once we have received your item.

Returns

We accept returns of items that are neither damaged or faulty subject to the following conditions;

If you contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your item;

  • You notify us as soon as possible that you wish to return the item
  • You do not use the item
  • The item is in perfect condition
  • The item is in it's original packaging*
  • You arrange and pay for the return of the item to us**
  • A refund/exchange to the value of the product, excluding original shipping costs, will be sent once we receive the item

If you contact us within 15 to 30 calendar days of receiving your item;

  • You notify us as soon as possible that you wish to return the item
  • You do not use the item
  • The item is in perfect condition
  • The item is returned in it's original packaging*
  • You arrange and pay for the return of the item to us**
  • An exchange/store credit to the value of the product, excluding original shipping costs, will be sent once we receive the item

* Items not returned in their original packaging may suffer damage, the value of any damage will be deducted from any refund, store credit, or exchange offered.

** You must contact us before returning your item so that we can advise on the best shipping service.  We may refuse to refund your return shipping costs if you do not contact us beforehand.  You should never return an item in an alternate package without seeking our prior advice as even slight changes in package dimensions and weight can drastically affect the cost to ship.

If you do not comply with the above conditions we will not agree to the refund.

Please note that we do not accept returns of any kind beyond 30 calendar days.
