Terms of Sales

By placing an order with us you agree to be legally bound by these terms.  Your order will be confirmed in writing to you, we reserve the right to cancel any order.

Each replica is individually hand painted so there may be a variance in the colour and finish of the product.

Please also note that computer displays show colour differently so the colour shown on your display may differ from that of the actual replica.

Our products are not suitable for use as toys.  Children must be supervised when handling our products by a responsible adult, children should also not be left alone where a replica is within their reach.  See 'CE Mark Testing' below.

Dimensions quoted on our website are obtained as best possible.  Exact dimensions may vary.

Triassica does not offer a warranty nor a guarantee for products, we do however offer a returns policy of up to 30 days.

Orders that contain commissioned products, products made to your specification, customised products, or where a product has been made for the first time as a result of your order, may not be eligible for a 100% refund.  The amount refundable is dependant upon our ability to sell the product.  Triassica will determine it's own ability to sell these products - the value of the sale and time to achieve a sale will affect the refund we are able to offer which is not negotiable.

If you do not agree with these terms and conditions or our returns policy, please do not continue with your order.  These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

 

CE Mark Testing

Our replicas are not intended as toys for children under 14 years of age, because of this we are not obligated to test them under EU Toy Safety Standards which applies specifically to toys for children under 14 years of age. 

This does not mean that our products are hazardous as we still comply with other regulations under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 that ensure our products are fit for their purpose, but the EU standards for children's toys set additional tests to meet such as choking, breaking, flammability etc.

Whilst all of our products are safe for adults, they have not been tested to the tougher standards for children who may chew, throw, drop or otherwise use our products differently to how they should be treated. Adult supervision is therefore necessary if you allow a child to handle one of our pieces.
